Foundation „Madrisa mit Herz“

Under the name "Madrisa mit Herz" there is a foundation in accordance with Art. 80 ff of the Swiss Civil Code (ZGB) with headquarters in Klosters-Serneus. The foundation is not profit-oriented.

Purpose

The foundation is non-profit and aims towards the following in the Madrisa area:

• The planning, construction and provision of playing and sports infrastructure for handicapped people to enable them to enjoy meaningful leisure activities in the great outdoors.
• Organisation and execution of charity events in favour of handicapped people.
• Organisation and execution of sports and other events for handicapped people.
• The integration of handicapped people into the work process of the Klosters-Madrisa Bergbahnen AG.
• The support of projects and events pursuing the above purpose.

The "Madrisa mit Herz" foundation was exempted from tax by the tax administration of the canton of Grisons. Donations can therefore be deducted from taxes.
